event that a return is requested, please consider these terms
When you see that package arrive, and you are excited to open it, please be responsible!
When you receive your item, please open the package and inspect the
items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be
immediately reported to the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is
the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be
made by the customer directly with the carrier. Shipping carriers will
not honor late claims.
All items should be inspected for defects or damage prior to being installed. General
Installation instructions provided should be followed completely.
Although you can do it yourself, getting your items professionally
installed is always an option. All reasonable attempts should be made
for proper installation before making a return claim. It is our sole
discretion to authorize returns for credit or exchange.
The products we offer are guaranteed to be free of defects.
Before each item is shipped, stringent quality control methods are used
to ensure the quality of each item. In the rare event that a defect is
found, please email us a minimum of two (2) digital photos of the
defect, along with a detailed description, to DAPAUTO@AOL.COM. We will make an investigation of the defect and contact you for resolution.
Request for returns for any item must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of
receipt. No exceptions. No returns are allowed on any custom orders,
special orders, partial orders,
painted items, or clearance items, including custom colors or
modifications of any kind. Returns will be accepted only if
the returned products are unused in their original packaging, and in the
condition in which they were received.
If, however, you do decide to return an item, we charge a 50% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

begins immediately, so cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation
fee similar to restocking charges of 50% of the final price charged,
